parking:lane=* has values no_parking and no_stopping.

edit: As Kovoschiz pointed out. It needs to be parking:lane:both=*, parking:lane:left=* or parking:lane:right=* depending on local situation.

To be precise, it would be parking:lane:both=no_stopping.

For stats, https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/compare/parking:lane:both=no_stopping/parking:lane:left=no_stopping/parking:lane:right=no_stopping/ combined has 53648 instances.
