Please tell us what website or app you are talking about.

It seems you tried to attach a picture but that didn't work.

You have been attached to two pictures from Maps.me, and the problem is that the directions arrow does not appear in the first picture

I haven't come across this problem and even if I point the map to the location you show I get distance and arrow displayed. In any case this seems to be a problem with the Maps.Me app not with the used OpenStreetMap data.

If you feel this is a bug you should open an issue with the app's development team on GitHub: https://github.com/mapsme/omim/issues.

Maybe you can also find a solution on Maps.Me's support site: https://support.maps.me/.
