This may seem like an odd thing to want to do, but I thought it would be interesting to render the OSM dev server (usable instance) with the OSM-Carto style as what you see on the site is obviously the normal tiles. Just to see what the state of the data is like.

To do this I want a planet file (preferably .osm.pbf), and I can't seem to find a way to get one of these for the dev server, I've tried:

and they all don't exist (they also give HTTPS errors for some reason, but that's beside the point).

Any help is appreciated :)
