I have a boundary relation (https://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/relation/295355).

I want to cut the OSM map to that boundary. Can I do that in an app like Maperitive? Is there any guidance documentation on doing that? Or do I need to do that in a post-processing stage (i.e. in Inkscape or Illustrator)?
