I am trying to get the list of leader board for #msidcgive but it doesn't show while adding a competitor for leader board at page http://www.missingmaps.org/leaderboards/#/missingmaps . You can see here https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/92572526#map=16/21.8665/88.1329 that I have used the same 12 days back. Is there something wrong? asked 28 Oct '20, 05:13 sporty_1993 scai ♦ |
You probably wand to open an issue on the Missingmaps github repo https://github.com/MissingMaps/leaderboards answered 28 Oct '20, 09:05 SimonPoole ♦ |
They now have information for all change (previously they were only been tracking #hashtagged ones). This shows that user profile pages now include all edits made, rather than only those associated with hashtags. Users can now search their contribution to an individual hashtag by finding for the hashtag and user name in the leaderboards. Unrelated to the question here, please do use meaningful changeset comments that explain exactly what changes you are making to other mappers. Your changeset comment here is "#hotosm-project-8722 #cycloneAmphan" which is just gibberish. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Good_changeset_comments explains why this is important.
Separately to this I've raised https://github.com/MissingMaps/leaderboards/issues/34 asking that the Missing Maps leaderboard removes the incentive to add meaningless changeset comments.
Hastag you see there is by default and I only added one and my understanding is we are not supposed to delete default ones.
The text in that comment box is supposed to explain to other OSM users what changes you are making and why. It is important that you always include that information, as https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Good_changeset_comments makes clear.
