Some settlements of Azerbaijan (belonging to the disputed territories) are displayed on Armenian language. It would be correct that Azerbaijani place names are displayed on the map in the original language or in transcription, but not in the language of another country.

OpenStreetMap usually displays names in the language of the people who live in a place, irrespective of what country claims authority over the terrain. See https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/w/images/d/d8/DisputedTerritoriesInformation.pdf for details.
