There is a proposal: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/ElectricBicyclesAndScooters
Are non-electric scooters allowed?
I need it for two use-case:
Painted space in the floor for electric scooter 🛴 (mainly for free-floating rental): https://www.paris.fr/pages/de-nouvelles-mesures-pour-reguler-l-usage-des-trottinettes-electriques-6867
Dedicated space in front of schools for small (for children, around age 10) kick-scooters (not electric), where you can lock them (but not bike), in France (and in France, children aren't allowed to used electric ones, even if technically, if you had one, you could park it there.
