Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

I would like to embed a map in my site using the NASA Blue Marble Background, which has no borders. Can I do that? How?

Thanks,

umap.openstreetmap.fr has it built in. Just click on the layers icon in edit mode and select the blue marble background. Don't forget to save the map.

Are you using another umap instance or even host your own? Then you might have to configure it.

I can't believe it!!

Just forgot to save the map! I feel quite st..id. I am just a beginner in uMap (umap.openstreetmap.fr) and have to learn these obvious issues.

Thanks anyway.
