All three tags show up in the ID Editor dropdown list when either starting to type 'last' or 'check'. Could this be cleaned up please and given the definitive comment on the wiki pages such as 'deprecated' or whatever. Either that, or a clarification what each of the three's distinction is.

thanks.

PS when tagging a topic, is it with comma separation or semicolon?

This is the wrong place for feature requests and similar suggestions.

For the iD editor you should open an issue with the developers of the app https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues as suggested in iDs online help.
