Highway service e highway footway.

I created some sidewalks and I connected with the streets, that already existed, which are highway service. I upload the data in the OSM, but any route research I do, even washing the red and green pins at the origin-destination, in walking mode, does not detect the sidewalk. I'm new here, the question is, to connect two edges of different tags, is there a secret?
