Disable scroll wheel

But what if the OSM comes from an embed iframe? Just the iframe with the link: https://www.openstreetmap.org/export/embed.html?.....

Thats my case and I can see the zoom buttons but impossible to add any attr or function to avoid the mouse scroll inside :(
