I am not a Komoot user. Is openstreetmap showing the paths you added? Most apps ( maybe all) will update their data from OSM so there is going to be a delay. The delay will depend on how often they update their data from OSM. You should ask Komoot.

Ok. if OSM shows the changes you made, Komoot needs to use that data. Does Komoot offer regular map updates? OSM probably can't help with that.
