Instagram / Facebook do not use POI (point of interest) data from OpenStreetMap (this is a very very frequent FAQ), so you will need to ask Facebook to correct the data. Naturally, you should still check that the location is correct on OpenStreetMap, and that the restaurant is present at all, for those applications that directly use OpenStreetMap.
