Hi Is there a way to cut out a part of the map ... I drew a polyline around my race map ... now i would like to exctrat the inside to use as my race map.... and if possible convert is so i can use illustrator or photoshop to make a more personal map

I suspect you are best off with using one of the SWG convertors / exporters, and then cutting out the area in question with Illustrator or whatever. For example https://extract.bbbike.org/

Note: this will only work reasonably if the area is reasonably small.
