in the search of a software if someone knows about it

Hello, I'm looking for an application that returns a GPS position on the client side, also with vocal commands. On the server side, the application handles all the requests, stores the data and retrace all the respective routes from the different GPS positions. I would then be able to register the routes on openstreetmap.

Can someone help me? Thank you.
