error internet connection not found

Zone grab in Urban and press Grab it says ''Internet connection not found.Please verify your internet connection and retry.:500'' I have my inbound rules open for twinmotion in windows firewall and also i tried this disabling my antivirus program, still the same problem. I be happy if u cud help on this issue plz.

None of this sounds remotely as if it has anything to do with OpenStreetMap, if you are having issues with an app from Grab then you should contact their customer support.
