Tagging forum - recieving repeated confirm requests

Hi I'm receiving repeated emails from talk-request@openstreetmap.org "Your membership in the mailing list talk has been disabled due to excessive bounces"

I follow these instructions: "To re-enable your membership, you can simply respond to this message" & I get new messages for a few days but then it stops again & I receive another 'disabled' email.

I got no response from: tagging-owner@openstreetmap.org to my email I sent them 10 days ago.

Tagging is the only forum I'm subscribed to which has this problem. If I am bouncing wouldn't it affect all of them?

What to do next?
