Download Map Tiles image by bounding box value

I came across below endpoint, which return Tile image based on X,Y,Z values. https://tile.openstreetmap.org/17/65486/43583.png

I am looking for an API, which should return tile image by bound box value (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax). Can somebody help me.
