Is there a way to indicate that a street has no name, that can be distinguished from a street that has a name, but nobody has entered it yet?

For example, in San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize, the first street East of Pegasus, which runs from Beetle Juice Street to Sirius Street, has no name. I checked with the Town Council, and they said that since no houses face the street, they did not name it.

Is there a way to indicate this in OSM?

Thanks...Lynn
