How to import a csv into OSM

Clearly, I'm new.... this seems like an obvious question, but can't find a clue anywhere...

You dont say what sort of CSV, what type of data etc. Importing data into OSM is generally a specialist activity which requires a fair amount of preparation. If you merely wish to visualise some points then Umap is the most appropriate application in the OSM universe.
