Hello, there.

How should I map destination signs applicable to bicycles and pedestrians? destination:foot=* and destination:bicycle=*? Other tags? I could use destination=*, of course, but I already encountered junctions where the road to be followed for a destination was different, depending on whether you were driving or biking, so I assume I should map the difference.

Awaiting your answers,

Regards.

I don't know of any established way of doing this but your proposal with destination:foot= sounds reasonable. To assure compatibility for applications that don't understand the suffixed tages I would still use the plain destination= tag and include all destinations there as well.
