key for OSM Wiki tag?

Hi This should probably be obvious to me, but...

What tag is used to link to OSM's wiki pages? I thought something along the lines of OSM:wiki, but I can't find anything in TagInfo.

Or is there a way to attach a hyperlink to, say, the value of the name tag?
