Imported KML shows 0 distance

I just installed OSMAnd app on iOS. I copied a KML file from my macbook to OSMAnd app using airpdrop. But OSMAnd app wont show it on map or navigate using it. After carefully looking at things I found that the app thinks the KML has 0 waypoints and 0 Km distance.

I tried airdropping a GPX file for the same route. But OSMAnd app is not registered in iOS to accept GPX files.

Any help?
