i cant add a City on my facebook profile and i added it few months ago to OSM. is there anyway to add this city to facebook? it will not show if i choose it as a hometown

We don't have any control over how and when third parties (in this case Facebook) update their data. If your data is showing other OSM based maps, for example those on openstreetmap.org you can assume that they will eventually pick it up.
