What's the best way to map bakeries and other places inside supermarkets?

If mapped separately people usually add them as a node in approximately the correct place within the store. This is more common for items that have either opening hours that differ from the main store or have their own checkouts, staff etc. e.g. pharmacies, cafes and post offices.
