Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

So, in many supermarkets, they have a deli, a bakery, etc. I would like to know the best way to map these kinds of places.

If mapped separately people usually add them as a node in approximately the correct place within the store. This is more common for items that have either opening hours that differ from the main store or have their own checkouts, staff etc. e.g. pharmacies, cafes and post offices.
