So, I'm currently mapping school buildings. I'm planning on adding things like their letter. However, I'm not sure if I should name the building like "Building A" or simply just "A". Help?

You should store the letter with the ref key and leave the name blank. Just put the plain "A" in the field.

Alright. How should I mark the building if it's used for a specific subject? (eg. Art)

Although not widely used, some people use the faculty or department keys for that.
