Why has the zoom been changed at which the hidden features in the iD Editor appear. This is causing multiple duplications because the mappers can zoom in to see individual features and not be aware that they have already been mapped. https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=21/15.13228/-10.9823098

If I try to use ID to add a building in the same area I get notice that buildings are hidden and you need to zoom in to convert the area to building. This should stop you from adding overlapping buildings as you see that the building already exists when you zoom in. Are you seeing the same behaviour?
