Perhaps this isn't the appropriate use of the questions feature, but I am unsure the best way to make this known. It appears there is a new bug in this help forum, in which certain features are not available, such as viewing or adding additional comments. I've tried this on several different computers and browsers. I've also seen at least one other person mention this in another question.

Have a look at a previous question: https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/74831/why-does-the-add-a-new-comment-button-sometimes-not-work

And welcome to participate in a talk mailinglist discussion I had started the last time this happened. Sadly, it died as so many other threads there: https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk/2020-May/084700.html (some of the thread got split into a "digest" subject").

That couldn't happen fast enough. I wanted to add this text as a Comment and to upvote the answer given by InsertUser but the software would not allow me to do either one. So I did the only thing I possible, which was to add another answer.

This software is buggy and difficult to use. I don't know what the replacement should be but anything would be an improvement.

OSQA is no longer supported and prone to errors. There has been discussion about moving to another platform but no plans have been agreed yet.
