openstreetmap how to retrieve data from postgresql database

hello currently i have create my onwn openstreetmap server, and i want to retrieve data that i stored in my posgres database and display it on openstreet map but i do not know how to do it, so i am looking for some help on how to do it

Just for info - what set of instructions did you follow when you created your own openstreetmap server?
