Wiki File Upload error

Hello. I'm unable to upload images to the wiki. In other cases, this is due to the autoconfirmed status of the user (user is "too new"). However, I've been active since 2016. How can I get this fixed?

After making a total of 10 edits, my account was promoted to auto confirmed
