Map of country in thesis

Dear OpenStreetMap Team,

Currently Im working on my thesis and wodnering whether its possible to use screenshot of Poland map in it? I would need to shot location of some companies?

You just need to provide a clear attribution and you are all set on the OpenStreetMap side of things:

https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

It's probably a good idea to check with your publisher about whether they have strange thoughts about the ODBL license the map data comes under.

In addition to the ODBL, you need to check on CC BY-SA (which the default tiles on openstreetmap.org are licensed under), there are other styles available: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tile_servers
