Unpaved paths, even routing from a starting point?

Hey,

I'm looking for unpaved surface ways, as soft as possible. Using the surface classification: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:surface earth, mud, dirt, wood chips and such is preferred. The use will be for walking or running. It is possible find a layer or similar that makes these extra visible?
It would be great to make a routing from a starting point (or within area) using as high percent unpaved/soft paths, and as low percent paved paths as possible. I suppose the calculation would need the user to specify desired route length. This routing is what I'll have to figure out manually if only the first part works.

Osmand for iOS and Android allows you to show surface as an added detail. See legend here.
As far as I know it will not do roundtrips of a desired length, but it can do rountrips and it has a configuration file to allow you to change routing preferences. An example of doing this to avoid biking over cobblestones can be found here. I imagine a similar edit to prefer 'soft' surfaces should be possible with some (much?) trial and error.

visualization can be done through overpass-turbo, like this. You can adapt the style.
Most routers allow some customization about the routing rules. The easiest that I know of, is routino. Unfortunately, the only online demo is limited to UK.
