I may be asking a stupid question, but how do I vote? In the mail I am asked to vote positively for the answer given to my questions. I have looked in the FAQ but I don't see any instruction on how to vote. Am I missing something here or am I not allowed to vote yet because I have not done any work yet? No problem, but it should then be made clear. Sorry, I did not realize what the "thumbs" where used for. "Votes are not anonymous" where can I see who voted for what?
You can see who voted for what by looking at the karma history on a users page, for example:
