Airport Terminal Corridors

How do you make corridors in an airport terminal? Do you use the highway or do you use the room? You can walk in the entire terminal (No indoor walls (other than restaurants)) so would you mark the entire terminal as a room? If you use the Highway, do you connect it to every gate too?
