The staging for that one looks a bit more toward an open air theatre than the first, but it also looks like it is probably temporary and temporary things aren't normally mapped.
the second is not temporary, it's permanent stage, it's an concert venue.the stage it self is permanent. but no permanent seating or speaker setup.
