ERROR JOSM - I can't sign in, so I can't download my datas

Hi there. I installed JOSM and I worked with some data. But then, when I went to upload to OSM, the bottom of "Upload to OSM" is off, I can't press it. I have reinstalled JOSM but I'm never being asking by my user and password.I have updated JAVA version anyway, I can't!! It's a mess, I have to uploads data now and JOSM doesn't work properly. Can someone helps me plss?
