Ich nehme an, du fragst, wie man den Punkt mappen soll. Dafür nimmt man man_made=survey_point.

Wenn du wirklich meinst, wie man ihn darstellen soll, dann glaube ich nicht, dass es dafür eine OSM-Richtlinie gibt.
