A note suggests the city of Sillanwali is mistakenly named Farooka. Javedslw: Is that the right place of Sillanwali?

If yes, please go to: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3426277702, click edit at the top of the map (register as a user if necessary). Go to the left side of the screen and scroll to the bottom to the section "all tags" change the name (in the different languages) and replace the value in wikidata by Q3694879. Then press save on the top right and follow the further instructions.

Please have a look at https://learnosm.org/en/beginner/ and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Beginners%27_guide . Precise instructions are translated in numerous languages.

Good point linking to those instructions. The problem at hand here is just complicated a bit by iD locking the standard editing mechanism because of a wikidata tag being present.
