You need to contact whichever business listing you are talking about and tell them to update. Updates are not "pushed" from OpenStreetMap to the millions of users of OSM data everywhere in the world; they must get it from OpenStreetMap directly or (more often) from another company that gets it from OpenStreetMap. Yes but the updates are not published to everyone online. I you do search for the listing online the info is still outdated.
