[closed] Faster way to add bus routes?

Hi there! I'm adding a number of bus routes and am finding it is taking forever to add bus route relations street by street. Is there a quicker, more efficient way to add a route?

I've tried highlighting the entire route via SHIFT but find no option to mass add in a relation.
