Hi,

I manage a French-speaking RPG forum in which players create their own country in a totally fictitious world, after choosing an available place on an PNG map. For this purpose, we would like to add an interactive map (slippy/clickable map), like on OpenGeofiction, less advanced though. We have not the appropriate technical skills for this and we are looking for OSM mappers who could help us, with financial compensation due do the project complexity. The boundaries would be made by us, in SVG.

Thank you beforehand,

Hi.

If the point is to display a big PNG as a slippy map, and allow users to draw polygons on it, leaflet might be a simple solution.

You can use an image as a background. And there are a lot of plugins, for example for advanced edition.

I might be available to help, but I would need a lot more details on your project. PM me through OSM (H@mlet).

Regards

This example is probably a good start.
