The Instagram application does not detect where I am. INSTAGRAM LOCATED IN DIFFERENT BAD POSITIONS in Catalonia. I am in Barcelona, not in "castellar del valles"

Yes, I believe you that Instagram does this, but it is wrong; we can fix problems on the background map (like e.g. if a place name is spelled wrong) but we cannot fix if Instagram mis-detects your location. This is not a "map error".
