Using OSM Exported Data

Hi all,

I am have been using GIS software for a while now but I have no idea how to do coding.

I have exported the latest OSM file for South Africa and would like to use it on PlanetGIS, I have managed to import the file but i have a problem with the getting the right style and icons as seen on OSM.

Can anyone please help me with the basics of using the exported data?
