I saved #9078642 changeset, so I need to cal it away and return to previous state. I cant find how to do this. Can you help me?

By "call away" I guess that you mean "undo the effect of", "rollback" or "revert"?

If so, I'd have a read of this question (in this case ignoring the issues about reverting other people's changesets, as this is yours). As it's a very recent changeset it's likely that no-one else has touched the items in it since and there's a good chance that a clean revert is possible.

If you're familiar enough with JOSM and the data that you're reverting you can have a go yourself with something like JOSM's revert plugin (after having a read of the wiki links in the other question) or (possibly the quickest way of doing it) ask someone in the #OSM IRC channel to revert it for you - that normally gets a pretty quick response.
