Semi-detached houses spanning two streets

I'm numbering some houses locally and there are some semi-detached houses where one house is on one street and the other is on another street.

An example is here where there are semi-detached houses on the junction between Meersbrook Road and Lismore Road. For each of these one house has an address on Meersbrook and one has an address on Lismore Road.

How do I go about adding the address for such houses?

This is extremely common in Nottingham, there are numerous examples of ways to do it:

Split the house in two, add the addresses separately as here.
just add the addresses as nodes over the building
Add the main entrance to each house & add the address to this node.

We've usually done the first (and many examples of the other kinds have been replaced, we usually keep the third style for places where the division between living units is not clear).

Thanks for this, I'll go with the first as I guess leaving the feature as semi-detached means that it will still be obvious that the buildings are attached.
