How can we upload the .osm file to the openstreetmap. it is the file which was download during the saving the edited data. when i uploaded the data it was buffered for a long time, so i download the .osm (change.osm ) file . there is more than 100 edits |

If you have downloaded OSM data and edited it locally you can use at least JOSM and Vespucci to upload the modified data assuming that you actually saved your changes in a JOSM compatible format (that is with additional XML attributes to indicate what has changed). However you might be wanting to do something completely different, so I would suggest amending your question with some more details. |
