Excuse me, I accidentally duplicated some islands on the Yellow sea. ( https://www.openstreetmap.org/history#map=11/37.5642/126.0606 )

Can you please revert this error to #78533349 ?

Do you mean "revert all your edits after 78533349"?

https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/78538157 does look a bit odd (it looks like an accidental import). Can you please email OSM's Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org so that we can understand what needs doing? We don't want to remove things that should not be removed.
