OpenStreetMap tiles server on AWS ec2 with AWS aurora postgresql server

hi,

anyone was able to successfully setup/configure an openstreetmap tile server on ec2 instance with postgresql on aurora cluster? If so, any issues with performance? We need to host full planet data and to have Hight availability. My thinking is to use two ec2 instances inside two availability zones and aurora cluster with postgresql for database.
