OSM tiles not showing after IOS upgrade to 13.2.3

OSM tiles not showing after IOS upgrade to 13.2.3 on iPhone or IPad. Safari or Chrome.

Anyone got any ideas?

Just to make sure - this happens when browsing to https://openstreetmap.org? Does the rest if the web site appear? If you try and view e.g. cycling map tiles does that work?

To be more clear, the tiles appear but show pink. Not the map detail. The rest of the site shows fine on IOS. The maps show up properly on a Laptop or Mac browser.
