There used to be a WMS for PROW for Worcestershire to overlay in JOSM to aid adding footpaths. I can't find it anymore, does it still exist or what are the current methods for adding footpaths from the councils data? Thanks

Nick Whitelegg's Map the Paths allows direct editing of some attributes.

Robert Whittaker's PRoW tools has Worcestershire reports.

I'm not aware of a WMS layer, but NLS 1:25k out-of-copyright is often a good way to find paths.
